TEMPORARY SHOP CLOSURE DUE TO COVID-19

It is with great regret & after careful consideration, that from Tuesday, 24th March at 5pm. Red Carpet Ready will be closed. In light of the current COVID19 situation, the majority of our staff are now in isolation & our priority is customer & staff safety. We feel it is the responsible thing to do & at a time when collections and awaiting orders are now at a manageable level. Once this epidemic is over, we want everyone to return fit and well & to have taken the necessary precautions to support this outcome.

This communication notice is in place to answer your queries and give you advance notice to contact us whilst we are still open and able to take action on your order if we are advised you that it is here awaiting collection or dispatch.

We will be making every attempt to contact all customers personally in the next 48 hours, whose orders are here at Red Carpet ready. However for anyone that we are unable to get hold of, here is our communication:-1

CURRENT OPENING HOURS

PROPOSED RE-OPEN DATE
Monday, 20th April From 10am
(this is following the realistic period of time associated to the virus spread and isolation period). If this date can be brought forward then of course we will do that. We will update on any changes to re-opening dates on all of our social media platforms but this is the date at the moment).


I HAVE AN ORDER THAT IS AT RED CARPET READY & AWAITING COLLECTION – WHAT DO I DO NOW?
1) We have not closed with immediate effect as we want to give customers the option over the next two days to contact us & use our Free Delivery Service option. After 5pm on Tuesday 24th March we will not be open to facilitate this option so we recommend that you do contact us to arrange the despatch of your order. This service is a ‘no touch’ service & your order will be delivered directly to your door & completely free of charge to you.
2) You have the option to bring forward your collection date to Monday, 23rd March or Tuesday 24th March. However, this is not recommended.
3) For any orders that are still here after our closing date of Tuesday, 24th March we will contact customers when we re-open from Monday, 20th April to reschedule your collection date. This will be via phone in the normal way
 



OUR PRICE PROMISE

We can beat any UK published price. If you have purchased your dress from us, and in the unlikely event that you find it cheaper elsewhere, we are happy to refund the difference plus 5% cheaper! You would need to demonstrate that the price is a UK published price and a UK website, that the exact style code, size & colour is in stock on that said website & you would have to notify us within 7 days of your purchase via our email [email protected]. I'm afraid we cannot price match after this 7 day period.

If you would like us to price match prior to your purchase we can do this also! Just bring in the above information that demonstrates the style code is being sold within the UK from a UK website, that the item is in stock in the exact size and colour on the said website and we will price match and offer a further reduction of 5% happily for you! You can bring this information into our showrooms and we can validate your information for you during your appointment.


DRESS EXCLUSIVITY

PROM - It is our aim not to sell the same style code to the same prom. Even if the dress comes in up to 28 colours options our aim is still not to sell that same style. Many retailers are unable to give this commitment as they don't have the choice. We cannot guarantee, however, that another individual will not purchase the same dress from another Retailer and cannot be held responsible if this is the case - no retailer can give you this guarantee. In the unlikely event that this did happen we would not be able to refund or exchange your purchase.


LAYAWAY/PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE

Our payment plans are there to help you afford your purchase or in the case of prom, purchase it early to avoid anyone else purchasing it before you!

Normally a non-refundable deposit between 25-50% (product value dependant) is required to reserve your dress or allow us to specially order you one in from our various worldwide suppliers. However, if this is still not affordable for you just speak to us and we will help you wherever we can. A payment plan is then discussed, agreed and documented.


DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable.


SIZE ORDERING

Ultimately the dress size choice is that of our customer. We can give guidance but our staff cannot be held responsible should a dress be too large or too small & in this event we cannot refund or exchange. We do have a team of seamstresses who can however assist on any alterations if required.


ALTERATIONS

We have a team of seamstresses who can assist with any alterations that you may require. Not all of these are on site and the booking process of these will be explained to you.


RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns policy is noted clearly in Store and on all receipt paperwork.

An overview:-
We offer an appointment service to ensure that you have the opportunity and time to try on various dresses with no obligation to order or purchase unless you choose to. In the unlikely event that you change your mind, or no longer require your purchase, unfortunately this is through no fault of our own and refunds or exchanges cannot be made.


COLLECTIONS

Please ensure you inspect your purchase thoroughly before leaving our premises and where possible, try on your purchase as we cannot refund or exchange an item if you later advise us that there is a problem with it.


GIFT VOUCHERS

These are available from £20 and can be used on purchases. They can also be purchased by phone and gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient on your behalf.


MAIL ORDER

If you can't make it to our glamorous showrooms, then you can always order your dream outfit, pay for it by phone in full and we will post it to you. We send worldwide daily.
Either pick the items here on the website and let us know your details to reserve them or call us and we'll put them aside for you. REMEMBER - you can still take advantage of our exclusivity policy and layaway service if ordering by Mail Order!
